What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage data processes including accessing raw data, building queries, and designing reports for business performance visualization
- Analyze large datasets using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to derive insights
- Design and implement reporting solutions to aid stakeholders in decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Develop business review decks to analyze performance metrics and propose improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business or financial analysis, or a quantitative role
- 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau or Power BI
- Experience using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Engineer, or in a related occupation
- Experience in operations, supply chain, fleet, or logistics
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
- Familiarity with statistical modeling languages/toolboxes
