- Advise direction for program implementation and assess social and economic needs of clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in program planning, implementation, and monitoring
- Application of policy and program analysis techniques
- Conducting budget development activities and tracking expenditures
- Working with organizations delivering services to community justice/supervision involved clients
- Experience with procurement and purchasing processes
