What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide professional-level assistance in program management, analysis, and support for the Maintenance Section
- Assist with budget review, documentation creation, and communication with partners
- Manage the Local Small Structures program, including identifying and implementing program improvements
- Coordinate the review and update of policy and procedure manuals for the Bureau of Structures
- Assist in the management of certified bridge inspector records and consultant contracts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working independently and in a team environment
- Experience working with varied groups, including internal and external partners
- Experience with policy and/or program planning, review, and/or development
- Experience collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data
- Experience communicating program information to internal and external partners

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with database management software, such as Microsoft Office or similar
- Experience authoring technical documents or administrative rules
- Previous involvement in recommending policy or program changes to management
- Background in presenting data to partners or stakeholders
