What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for virtual Zoom training, including scheduling, hosting, preparing materials, and troubleshooting participant technology issues
- Coordinate in-person training events, including registration, event set-up, and clean up
- Update website content to ensure accessibility and broad reach
- Support community events by manning booths
- Adapt communication style to multiple cultural environments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located in King County, Washington, and able to work from the Seattle office one to three days a week
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend training
- Experience working with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work as a team member

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of relevant experience in hosting training or event management
- Knowledge of early child development or special education
