What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support program implementation via Zoom/video technology, including admitting participants and responding to questions
- Communicate with virtual program participants to confirm registration and provide needed materials
- Gather and report feedback to enhance future programs
- Manage the Creative Community Facebook group, fostering participant engagement
- Prepare materials for virtual programs, including monthly program calendars and art supplies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or program support role involving online programs or technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and able to use Zoom

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing virtual community programs or similar initiatives
- Familiarity with creative arts and wellness programming
- Knowledge of additional technologies or platforms that enhance virtual engagement
- Previous experience in a non-profit or community-focused organization
