- Work closely with the Director Change and Communication, Program Communication Manager, Head of the Program Management Office (PMO), and Regional Change & Communication Leads to ensure change management activities are effectively executed in our projects
- Support the task and career development of the Change & Communication Coordinator and deliver capability building mechanisms in the organization
- Responsible for the stakeholder management model and facilitating internal change in the global program by conducting and analyzing surveys and sharing recommendations
- Co-create with regional implementations the best practice user adoption pathway in Yara including visioning, key change impact assessments, training, and embedding the change
- Co-host a monthly network meeting with change responsible from our portfolio projects
- Own the ideation of change management content including user journeys, use cases, news editorial, storyboarding and scripting of videos, etc.
- Contribute content ideas to the Program Communication Manager for delivery to enhance change adoption
- Lead our change agents in creating awareness, understanding, and buy-in of program objectives throughout Yara
- Masters / Bachelors degree in a relevant field, ex: Business, Marketing, Education, Communication, Psychology, etc. (preferred, not required)
- 5+ years of professional experience interacting with senior leaders in an enterprise environment
- Expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and practical applications within project environments
- Advanced digital competence in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel – and the ability to reinforce best practice in others
- Change management (Prosci, APMG, ITIL, etc.) and/or project management certification is favorable, as is a background in user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), and surveying using Qualtrics or similar tools
- Fundamental understanding of business processes
- Curiosity, growth mindset, critical reasoning, creativity, and collaborative by nature, with the desire to explore and share how ERP technology can empower the business
- Ability to write native or near-native English language content explaining complex topics in simple terms
- Past experience with information technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or SAP S/4HANA implementations using SAP Activate is highly desirable
- Advanced design and/or video skills are an advantage but not required

About the role
We are growing our change and communications team in YPD to deploy change management strategy through a major initiative, our global program to re-envision how technology supports the optimization of core processes. As a member of the global program team, you will design and deliver change activities and methodologies that inform and align project teams across our entire program portfolio. You will also help facilitate relevant interventions for the line organization to increase effective change.
This position reports to the Director Change and Communication and is part of a tightknit, multidisciplinary team including managers and specialists who lead by example with open communication, agile ways of working, and iterations of continuous improvement.

The preferred location for this position is Oslo, Brussels, or any Yara office in the Central European time zone. This is a flexible role with 3 days/week in an office.
