      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with daily Graduate application processing, including application deferral requests and locating unmatched test scores
      - Resolve Graduate application import errors from Slate into the student information system (SIS)
      - Find and merge duplicate records within Slate
      - Collaborate with Graduate College faculty and staff to fulfill CRM requests and troubleshoot system issues
      - Assist with data imports, exports, and query/report building

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training in lieu of education requirement
      - One (1) year of program coordination experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two (2) years working in CRM processing or CRM administration role
      - Experience working in Slate CRM by Technolutions
      - Experience working in a student information system (SIS)
      - Experience working in Admissions processing
