What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate coordination of site visits and prepare agenda and summary reports
- Coordinate and implement workshops, including logistical support and materials creation
- Develop and implement standardized tools and metrics to ensure project execution
- Maintain and track project timelines and deliverables, updating relevant data and records
- Foster communication and collaboration with global partners and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management and delivery
- Significant experience with project planning tools such as MS Project and Microsoft SharePoint
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse team members
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate meetings across different time zones
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, or related field
- Experience in international and healthcare settings
- Fluency in a second language, particularly Vietnamese
- Familiarity with general medical/health services terminology
- Research and analysis experience
