      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Contribute to the development and implementation of training and technical assistance initiatives for the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC)
      - Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, scheduling, and recording minutes
      - Conduct research and policy analysis to support project objectives
      - Facilitate training and technical assistance for ADRC member organizations in various formats
      - Prepare written reports and manage communication tools to disseminate information effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 2-3 years of program coordination and/or management experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in writing technical documents
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working for a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities
      - Knowledge of University of Iowa and State of Iowa policies, procedures, and regulations
      - Basic understanding of policies and services for people with disabilities and aging adults
