What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, file management, and scheduling meetings
- Coordinate work efforts across third-party vendors or internal staff to meet program requirements
- Conduct training and prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports
- Serve as the liaison between the program functional area and the business
- Maintain program compliance with respective government and regulatory agencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative support or program coordination
- Ability to retrieve and disseminate data for compliance with financial, legal, and administrative requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a related administrative or program management role
- Familiarity with government and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience in program planning and promotion
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
