What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate initiatives, track progress, and set timelines for delegated assignments
- Organize and maintain effective filing systems and perform complex data entry and management
- Monitor services and ensure they align with Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSP)
- Schedule appointments with recipients and coordinate with their support teams and clinical staff
- Process requests for service from various sources and perform data entry into internal and external systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive, relevant administrative support experience
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with database software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related field
- Experience in a behavioral health clinical setting
