      Job Summary:

      The Raytheon Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization is looking for a Program Cost Controls, Sr Analyst (grade P2) to join our growing team. This candidate will specifically support the Global Supply Chain Management team for one of our programs within the Strategic Missile Defense organization. The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Office as well as the team of material analysts supporting the program. As a member of the OSC Finance team, you will work with Material Analysts executing all aspects of the production finance processes (EACs, EVMS, etc). The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Supply Chain financials and the scope of work for this role includes weekly and monthly variance reporting, Material EV and EAC Development, monthly Estimated Actuals and weekly analysis of cost runs with support to both Control Accounts Managers (CAMs) as well as the Program Manager. The ideal candidate will help lead critical analysis, be an expert communicator, able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay timing critical information to stakeholders. Lastly, they will prioritize time spent in a deadline driven environment.

      This is an exciting opportunity to develop a deep fundamental understanding of the Global Supply Chain Management environment, while also working closely with the Program Finance office to ensure financial targets are achieved. The ability to be self-sufficient as well as operate in a team environment, supporting both the functional organizations as well as ensuring program financial commitments are met, will be fundamental to success in this role.

      This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).

      Responsibilities to Anticipate:

      • Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis including costs, risks and opportunities for Factories and at the Program / Product Line level.

      • Responsible for maintaining proper material EAC documentation to ensure that all inputs and adjustments are justified and aligned to the program.

      • Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to GSCM leaders, leadership teams, and management using standard company tools and processes.

      • Prepare program financial forecasts, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts.

      • Manage cost accumulation methods for material on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Ensure material costing aligns with budgeted activities within the program baseline.

      • Assist with maintaining the control account structure within a manufacturing-based finance environment.

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and less than 2 years’ experience.

      • Experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM and Microsoft Office Suite.

      • Experience with financial analysis

      • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with Earned Value.

      • Experience with Business Warehouse and PowerBI.

      • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders using various methods including presenting, email communication, Zoom, etc.

      • Ability to prioritize tasks in an effective manner.

      • Ability to problem solve, while ensuring excellent communication with leadership.

      • Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate with peers to ensure success of the programs.

      Additional Information:

      • Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

      • This position is grade P2, Senior Analyst, Program Cost Controls.

      The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
