Job Summary TPX (Technology Product & Xperience) Strategy and Planning Team is charged with ensuring the business is doing the right things at the right time to meet the business plan. Strategy and Planning works across TPX on strategy initiatives, annual and quarterly planning, key initiatives and ensuring leadership have the right visibility to make strategic decisions. The team works with all teams across TPX and our partners including, XGIE, Comcast Advertising, Comcast Business and Finance. Job Description This role will be responsible for working with all levels of staff and management to provide integrated support for managing the TPX Portfolio. Three main job functions of this role include: Quarterly Planning – Coordinate a quarterly planning process to align multiple cross-functional stakeholders on quarterly priority programs. Annual Planning – Support the annual financial planning process and ensure programs reflected in the annual plan are resourced appropriately in the quarterly planning process. Executive Reporting and Meeting Facilitation – Track progress of the priority program portfolio as defined in the quarterly and annual plans. Core Responsibilities Maintain and track the intake of requests for programs and their associated scope and attributes. Lead the preparation of portfolio planning deliverables across product, program, and engineering teams needed to support quarterly planning sessions, specifically surrounding dependency management and resolution. Drive the consolidation efforts for gathering monthly status updates on the progress of the priority pro‐gram portfolio and other reporting activities Develop an automated solution for reporting that sup‐ports multiple stakeholders with unique reporting needs, that can be used for collecting monthly status updates as well as scorecard updates Drive enhancements and process improvements Support the annual planning and budget processes as needed, including the preparation of executive presentations Perform hands-on program work as needed, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management Work with leadership and team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time, and costs Establish collaborative partnership with key partners to assess and recommend efficient business and technical solutions Support the triage and resolution of critical program issues Employees at all levels are expected to: Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job. Relevant Work Experience 5-7 Years Salary: Pay Range: This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $77,776.54 - $116,664.81 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
