      - Oversee program schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals

      - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for all real estate projects
      - Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencies in real estate management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
      - 12+ years of experience managing large-scale real estate programs, including acquisitions and development
      - Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and financial modeling
      - Proven expertise in program and project management methodologies and tools
      - Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline
      - Certifications such as PMP, CCIM, or LEED AP
      - Experience with global real estate portfolios and navigating international markets
      - Proficiency in real estate management software and analytics tools
