      Job Overview
      Come join our Magenta Experience team, where we deliver community and employee engagement activities that provide a T-Mobile signature experience. In this role, you will develop and lead activities that engage employees, promote connections, and enables T-Mobile culture. You are responsible for event planning, communication, hosting, execution, and measurement of various social hours for our Bellevue campus. Additionally, you will partner with team members in Marketing, Corporate Communications, and senior leaders to support and deliver employee meetings and engagements for local or enterprise-wide teams, supporting their unique goals and objectives while working with service partners for catering, A/V, and room setups. You excel in hospitality management, customer management, hospitality, change & innovation, critical thinking, relationship building & influencing, and results-focused.

      ** This role is based in Bellevue and in the office 5 days/week **

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Deliver weekly employee activities that promote T-Mobile culture and encourage engagement.
      • Strategize and plan weekly social hours for Corporate Headquarters and Regional Business Office. This includes catering, room setup, and employee communication. Handles budget and event statistics, key partnerships with DE&I, Marketing, and Corporate Communications.
      • Work closely with partners to develop the run-of-show. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the event, from catering services, A/V, room setup, security, facilities, parking, post-event wrap-up.
      • Run weekly sync calls and debriefs with key partners. Develop and document lessons learned and continuous improvement for the team.
      • Run employee facing communication and campus activity calendar. Coordinate scheduling with overall enterprise calendar.
      • Support food service program manager with feedback and input on catering menus and pricing. Participate in monthly catering review meetings, providing customer feedback and opportunities for operational improvement.
      • Responsible for other duties as assigned by business management as needed.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree in hotel or hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field
      • 2-4 years experience in employee or customer facing program management with a hospitality service approach and mentality
      • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
      • Ability to lead and influence teams
      • Working knowledge of A/V production

      • At least 18 years of age
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States

      Washington Pay Range : $83,600.00 - $113,200.00

      The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
