What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
- Oversee strategic planning, facilitation services, sector outreach, performance management, and assessments related to Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA)
- Demonstrate technical expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policy, strategy, and state/local government critical infrastructure program operations
- Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to demonstrate project progress to management
- Maintain an onsite workstation to interface with contractor employees, the COR, and other federal employees

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager on government contracts
- Demonstrated experience supporting SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation services, sector outreach, and performance management
- Technical expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policy and strategy
- Proven experience in state/local government critical infrastructure program operations and structures
- Active PMP certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), especially the Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED) and various critical infrastructure sectors
- Background in public-private partnerships, information sharing, security assessments, interdependencies, risk management, and communication
- Familiarity with critical infrastructure sectors such as Chemical, Commercial Facilities, Critical Manufacturing, Dams, Emergency Services, Information Technology, Nuclear Reactors, Materials & Waste
