      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement comprehensive service delivery programs tailored to customer needs
      - Manage the lifecycle of complex initiatives and negotiate resources as needed
      - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders
      - Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing performance metrics and proposing improvements
      - Drive high impact on organizational goals and program-related metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of program management experience, preferably in fleet management or logistics
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end delivery and communication with senior managers
      - Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
      - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or MBA in business or operations
      - Experience with mid to large size fleet operations
      - 5+ years of experience driving process improvements
      - Experience in stakeholder management at various organizational levels
      - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management
