What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead program planning and execution to drive organizational transformation and implement solutions
- Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs within the Global Business Development & Strategy and Program Performance Management portfolios
- Facilitate cross-functional communication across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to resolve programmatic issues
- Oversee technical, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and opportunity management throughout the program lifecycle
- Define and communicate resource, staffing, and training needs to meet program requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) planning, execution, and program baseline reporting
- Proven ability to develop program or project baselines and track performance against them
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective presentations to program leadership and stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of development program business rhythms and risk management
- Demonstrated success in balancing technical, cost, and schedule performance in program execution

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Program Management certification (e.g., PMP)
- Relevant experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Significant experience working across different functional areas within the employer
- Experience using the ROADS tool for managing program risks and opportunities
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills at the IPT level
