What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee internal business projects and programs related to Behavioral Health Operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor clinical outcomes of program participants
- Conduct quality audits to assess staff educational needs and service quality
- Create business requirements documents and user training materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered Nurse or equivalent combination of Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in lieu of RN license, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of managed healthcare experience, including 1+ years in utilization management, case management, or disease management
- At least 2 years of program and/or project management experience
- Active, unrestricted license in good standing (if applicable)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare population
- PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or comparable coursework desired
- Healthcare or management certification such as Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM)
