- Manage daily operations of assigned programs and serve as the primary customer point of contact

- Oversee program expenditures and justify budgets with financial controls
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and prepare proposals in response to requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 20 years of direct, relevant experience managing cost, schedule, and performance on similar U.S. Government contracts
- Must possess a secret security clearance
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal Government contracting and procurement processes
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Training/Certification is a plus
- Prior military service is preferred, but not required
