What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee all aspects of delivery for products, projects, integrated solutions, and services
- Ensure optimal project schedule, cost, scope, acquisition plan, budget, and quality while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Direct and manage projects, personnel, and resources, serving as the primary liaison among customers, employees, and corporate leadership
- Manage cost, schedule, performance, and stakeholder expectations while identifying program problems and solutions
- Ensure adherence to government regulatory guidance and corporate procedures across multiple programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance
- US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and contract requirements
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in supervising personnel and managing multiple technical programs
- Minimum of five (5) years of specialized technical experience in the operation, maintenance, engineering, or program management support of Military Communication Systems
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or related scientific discipline, or a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate plus 6 years of additional general experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience interfacing with government customers
- Proven track record in budgetary responsibility and planning
- Additional certifications in project management or related fields
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT systems related to defense
- Strong leadership and communication skills
