      This Program Manager (PM) role will own the Micromobility team's Operations Integration (OI) and Safety scope for North America. The PM should have proven project management experience and be able to own strategic, tactical, and cross-functional programs. This role requires creating project plans, developing processes, driving execution across multiple teams and business lines, piloting new initiatives, making decisions from data analysis, and communicating to senior leaders on project/program status and risk.

      This role will focus on (1) planning and integrating MM (i.e. cargo ebikes and other zero-emission form factors) into current and future operations and (2) building out scalable safety technologies and mechanisms for MM. Cargo ebike, micromobility, and/or battery charging infrastructure experience preferred.

      Key job responsibilities
      - Pilot and scale new MM equipment, processes, and safety tech/infrastructure, including battery charging systems
      - Work cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholder teams to build Last Mile MM operations
      - Perform Data Analysis to make decisions and recommend future strategy

      A day in the life
      - Collaborate with Safety, Operations, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Business Intelligence, Quality, and external partners on a variety of operational and safety projects
      - Perform data analysis and visit MM sites to determine success and future direction of pilots and existing programs
      - Write and present documents to team leaders to propose future initiatives and strategy

      About the team
      Based in New York City, the MM Team manages, grows, and evolves last-mile delivery utilizing cargo ebikes and other forms of zero-emission delivery.

      We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

      New York, NY, USA- 3+ years of program or project management experience
      - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
      - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
      - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
      - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
      - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
      - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
      - Experience with ebike fleet management, cargo ebikes for last-mile delivery, and battery charging infrastructure.

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
