Position Overview:

• Overall responsibility for supervising the day-to-day activity of multiple clients to ensure that all orders and projects are completed on time and accurately. Someone who is passionate about clients and stellar client service. Manage and coordinate fulfillment, print and direct mail production workflows for multiple clients. Act as the primarily liaison between our clients and fulfillment, digital print, data processing, direct mail & automation, inventory/warehouse and shipping/receiving. Plan, communicate and track multiple projects and priorities to ensure flawless execution of jobs in a timely manner. Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams daily. Create and submit accurate and detailed workorders for digital print, fulfillment and direct mail jobs. Assist with monthly billing, reporting and backup, as required.
• Cross-train on all accounts to allow for smooth backup coverage of all daily tasks.
• Experience in fulfillment operations including digital print and direct mail is desired, but not required.

Requirements

• College degree preferred but not a requirement given other job-related training.

• Computer proficiency required to navigate our multiple systems, functional knowledge of Word and Excel preferred
• Attention to detail, as well as the ability to multi-tasks and work on several projects at a time
• Review individual job requirements, secure material, set up line efficiently, and direct activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Training will be provided.
