      The Parking Program Manager will work closely with the Regional Program Manager and other stakeholders to manage a variety of parking programs for a large corporate campus and corporate facilities nationwide, including recommending parking supply by location, managing garage operations in partnership with GREF Property Management, and designing innovative technology solutions to improve the parking experience while encouraging motorists to not drive alone when possible. The Assistant Parking Program Manager will work closely with the Amazon Monthly Parking team, a third-party team that manages the day-to-day administration of the monthly parking program. This position will work closely with the GREF Commute Program Managers and third-party management to manage all aspects of the parking program and drive continuous improvement.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILI/TIES:

      • Develop and execute policies and processes related to monthly and transient parking at client worksites in the region.
      • Oversee a large portfolio of parking garages and leases and ensure adequate parking capacity for worksites across Northwest and Canada.
      • Manage all duties associated with the launch of new parking locations, including pricing, payment structure, badge/fob access, and integrating those parking locations with the appropriate industry technology.
      • Manage relationships with third-party vendor(s) including building owners/landlords, parking operators, and technology companies.
      • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on parking industry technology and how it integrates with client technology. Research technology and software solutions and make recommendations on how to implement those solutions.
      • Collaborate on reporting process design and execution that summarize garage capacity and utilization trends.
      • Use a variety of tools to project parking utilization scenarios and develop strategies to further increase utilization and efficiency of leased and owned garages.
      • Procure parking leases as needed and manage lease administration functions associated with those leases, including critical date management, stall allocation and pricing.
      • Coordinate with the MAC team to anticipate potential impact to parking capacity and demand. Develop forward-looking strategies to mitigate parking capacity constraints that result from office moves.
      • Develop and administer systems to ensure garage operator oversight and accountability, including parking audits.
      • Develop processes to standardize parking administration and maintain data integrity across the network.
      • Develop and administer improved payment management and account reconciliation processes.

      EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

      • Enthusiasm for / interest in sustainable transportation
      • BA/BS in sustainability, communications, business, hospitality, or related field
      • 5+ years of experience working in transportation demand management, parking, communications, customer service or related field where relevant skills can be demonstrated
      • Program management and program development experience
      • Intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement
      • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills; intermediate knowledge of database management

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
      • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
      • Demonstrated ability to draft clear communications and communications plans
      • Experience building consensus across a diverse range of stakeholders and driving complex, cross-functional programs forward in a fast-paced, visible, and client- facing environment.
      • Strong public speaking skills and the ability to lead short but effective meetings

      FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE:

      • Requires general knowledge of financial terms and principles.
      • Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.

      REASONING ABILITY:

      • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
      • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

      OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:

      • Basic skills with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
      • SmartSheet, Tableau and SharePoint experience preferred.

      SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

      Estimated compensation for this position is:

      110,200.00 – 159,800.00 USD

      The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
