What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee compliance and performance of the ALTCS Case Management Program contractors through regular reviews and reports
- Develop and maintain quality care coordination programs and policies for ALTCS members
- Provide technical assistance and training to ALTCS Program contractors to ensure effective service delivery
- Supervise and evaluate staff involved in the case management program
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the ALTCS program's effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of four years of professional experience related to health programs, including experience in interviews and investigations
- At least two years of managerial experience
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare Federal Regulations, State Statute, and policies applicable to the ALTCS program
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Public Administration, Health Administration, or Business Administration
- Experience in developing and overseeing case management programs
