What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain a program-level resource plan for USSF-hosted EIS environments
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve risks and issues related to resource conflicts and scheduling
- Communicate project updates and information through Monthly Status Reports
- Manage EIS Administration and Solutions Teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure network security compliance and maintain the Information Assurance (IA) posture for accreditation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience supporting or leading PMO or Enterprise Information Services teams
- Project management experience, preferably in an Agile environment using Scrum
- Strong written and oral communication skills with 2+ years of experience in writing management reports
- Ability to provide on-site project leadership in Colorado Springs
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification
- ITIL Version 4 – Foundation Certification
- Security+ Certification
- Knowledge of USSF organizational structure, processes, and procedures
- Experience with MS Office 365 Suite and SharePoint 2010 or above
