What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage programs or multiple large-scale projects
- Develop project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Facilitate meetings and document meeting minutes while following up on action items
- Minimize exposure and risk across multiple projects through effective monitoring and controls
- Prepare program documents such as roadmaps, plans, scopes, and schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree required
- Typically have 12+ years of directly related experience
- 2-3 years of program management experience and managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of IT delivery methodologies (RUP, ITIL, Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or MS/MA preferred
- PMP Certificate and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification preferred
- 15 years or more of Title Insurance acumen and IT experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build team cohesiveness
