Overview
Helios Defense Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, is seeking multiple highly motivated and qualified Program Manager immediately on a contract basis to support U.S. NAVY EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL TRAINING AND EVALUATION UNIT ONE (EODTEU ONE) in Naval Base San Diego, CA.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple elements of EOD Training Program and personnel within an organization to ensure they align with business goals and deliver successful outcomes. Develop program strategies, set objectives, and manage resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include risk management, budget oversight, performance tracking, and ensuring timely project execution. The Program Manager will also facilitates communication between the USG, contract teams, provides leadership, and drives continuous improvement to optimize efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years' experience as an EOD Technician.
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in managing DOD training contracts that are similar in scope to this requirement.
- Possess or qualify for a Security Clearance of SECRET
- Program Management Professional Certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree (preferably with Business Management or MBA) preferred

The salary for this position is not 100% guaranteed.
