- Minimum 7 Years of Program Management Experience
- Experience managing IT programs
- Experience managing full systems development life cycle, enterprise-network engineering, strategic information planning, business process re-engineering, structure and management practices
- Experience identifying and mitigating risks
- Experience independently managing program financials (to include funding tracking, burn-out dates, procurement spending, etc.)
- US Citizen, and and active TS/SCI clearance
- Minimum education of a BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a Related Scientific or Technical discipline
- 10 years of additional Relevant Experience may be substituted for education requirement.
- PMP Certification
- DCWF Work Role Program Manager 801-Advanced Certification
- Experience as a financial analyst
- Ability to attract, train, develop, manage, and retain high performing staff
- Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Program Manager SE2 Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * *CACI is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the mission objectives and needs of our Software Engineering Center (SEC) customer. The Program Manager will oversee the successful execution of IT and business operations in support of the Software Engineering Environment (SE2) customer, and manage a team of System Administrators, Network Engineers, and Cyber Security Engineers that provide support to maintain the infrastructure and operate an enclave of the Defense Research Enterprise Network (DREN).
Responsibilities:
Provide program execution and performance management by overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of contract deliverables; establish performance metrics, track key milestones, and manage risks to ensure program objectives are met.
Provide regular briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership on program status and challenges.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimization within program operations.
Ensure program activities adhere to DoD regulations, cybersecurity policies, and contractual obligations
Mitigate risks by implementing governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and risk management strategies.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
Manage program resources, including personnel, budgets, and schedules in order to meet organizational goals.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
