What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data to support business and operational decisions
- Collaborate with clients and the Account Management Team to develop project approaches and implementation plans
- Produce and manage documents related to client projects, calls, meetings, and initiatives
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and relationship building
- Support the growth team by participating in Request for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) responses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and/or related experience may be considered
- Minimum of 3 years of account management or project management experience, preferably in Health Insurance, Government, or related fields
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret findings; intermediate Excel skills required
- Must undergo a federal background investigation to support federal contracts/clients
- Flexibility to adjust to a changing work environment and occasional travel may be required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 2+ years of Medicare and/or Medicaid experience, or other related healthcare experience
- Familiarity with Cotiviti product offerings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
