What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies for effective BPA execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent communication and regular status updates
- Oversee submission, negotiation, and execution of task orders while ensuring compliance with BPA scope and terms
- Ensure adherence to federal procurement regulations and manage risks related to performance and budget
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
- Extensive experience managing BPAs or IDIQ contracts of similar scale
- Expertise in federal acquisition processes, FAR/DFAR compliance, and project management methodologies
- Relevant certifications such as PMP and ITIL
- Familiarity with government contracting environments and experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
