What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead programmatic light commercial replacement turnkey programs
- Manage relationships with multiple program managers and install partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC
- 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills to identify and target growth opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing
- Technical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems design
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce (salesforce.com)
