      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage work orders by performing quality control checks and requesting additional information as needed
      - Conduct daily quality control checks and approvals of timesheets and work reports for payroll and billing
      - Prepare and submit invoices to customers according to their individual processes and contractual requirements
      - Communicate with project managers, field leaders, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
      - Interact with customers to resolve billing issues and inquiries, and perform collection follow-ups until payment is received

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of billing or administration experience
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, look-ups, pivot tables, data entry)
      - General technical proficiency and keyboard/10-key proficiency
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or renewable energy sector
      - Familiarity with additional software programs for data entry and reporting
