What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with Performance Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) and Section 811 PRA Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) activities
- Conduct Rent Adjustments and assist with Rental Assistance Contracts (RAC) and Housing Assistance Payments (HAP)
- Communicate and coordinate corrective actions with owner/agents and partner agencies
- Utilize HUD and ADOH specific software systems to review and audit owner/agent data
- Handle moderate in-state and occasional out-of-state travel for duties related to the position

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sufficient education or job-related experience demonstrating the ability to perform job duties
- Experience or knowledge of rental housing subsidized through Project Based Section 8, HUD, or Housing Choice Voucher programs
- Valid Arizona Driver License and acceptable driving record
- Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in property management or monitoring
- Certifications such as Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Manager of Housing (CMH), UPCS, NSPIRE, or Housing Quality Standards (HQS)
