What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist and conduct Performance Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) and 811PRA Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) activities
- Complete Rent Adjustments and assist with Rental Assistance Contract (RAC) and Housing Assistance Payments (HAP)
- Ensure compliance with ADOH, HUD, and Section 8 Contract Administration Policies and Procedures
- Communicate and coordinate corrective actions with owner/agents and partner agencies
- Utilize HUD and ADOH specific software systems for auditing and data updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sufficient education or job-related experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties of the position
- Experience or knowledge of rental housing subsidized through Project Based Section 8, HUD, and Housing Choice Voucher
- Valid Arizona Driver License and acceptable driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certificates such as Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Manager of Housing (CMH), or similar training/certificates
- Prior property management or monitoring experience
