- Tracking GPO membership changes across multiple business platforms
- Test, analyze, and verify existing contract and membership alignment processes are working correctly
- Reporting of equipment and service orders and sales
- Calculation and processing of GPO administrative fee payments
- Analysis of GPO contract performance and compliance
- Support & development of Quarterly Performance reviews by GPO
- Analysis needed to support RFP/RFI submissions
- Ad hoc analysis to support key business initiatives related to each GPO
- Must be willing to go into the Waukesha or Chicago office 3-4 days a week
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of applicable work experience
- Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, FastWorks, or other Quality Improvement Training
- Proven success working on cross-functional projects
- Experience with business and financial systems/applications, to include Excel, Power BI, Oracle, GLPROD, Siebel, Salesforce, Apttus, and OBIEE
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; experience with data reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrated record of meeting commitments and delivering results.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background
- Must be willing to take a drug test
- GE Healthcare Finance, Order Management, Customer Management, or Commercial Operations experience
- Previous experience working on commercial integration projects
- Excellent Communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
- In-depth knowledge of GE Healthcare product offerings and commercial processes

GE Healthcare is seeking a Program Support Specialist who will support our Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts. This role is focused on enabling the operational excellence needed to support $4B in orders and $3B in sales annually tied to the largest Group Purchasing Organization in the US, HealthTrust, Vizient, and Premier.
In this role, you will work with the GPO Operations team, as well as cross functionally with teams and business platforms across GE Healthcare to support the actions needed to achieve customer alignment for all Group Purchasing Organization contracts to include Imaging, Ultrasound, Patient Care Solutions, and Consumables. The role is critical to helping GE Healthcare ensure we have the right customer, aligned to the right GPO contract, at the right price, at the right point in time.

The Program Support Specialist is responsible for daily activities required to support the management of our GPO contracts, as well as the alignment and management of GPO membership across GE Healthcare's business systems, Salesforce, Apttus, GLPROD, Siebel, Reltio, etc. to ensure seamless alignment.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Additionally, the role will require managing large and disparate data sets. Acute attention to detail will be required. Leverage data findings to identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the key stakeholders to implement changes needed to keep the GPO program running optimally.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $74,800.00-$112,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
