- Provide leadership and management of the initial UK site strategy review and manage the subsequent delivery of an initial plan.
- Develop and maintain the UK Site Strategy and plan on a rolling basis to align with UK business and Group requirements.
- Develop and maintain constant cross sector and operational review of utilisation of capabilities to ensure the most efficient and effective use of facility and laboratory assets across UK.
- Supporting UKD Operations ISBP submissions with central oversight of Site development plans and required CAPEX and OPEX inputs.
- Previous demonstrable experience of delivering complex activities using a variety of methodologies including Agile, waterfall.
- Experience of working in a high hazard or highly regulated industry or role is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership of teams, in a technical environment, delivering successfully and safely to customers.
- Considerable experience of leading extensive and complex change programmes

The Role
As the Programme Manager, you will lead, develop and deliver the ongoing UK Site Strategy to ensure that all sites and facilities are able to meet future business strategy requirements.You will be in a key leadership role within our UK Intelligence (UKI) Business and have the opportunity to grow the function as you see fit.The Programme Manager role is a full time position, flexible working is available and the role offers hybrid working, there will be a requirement to travel to a variety of UK sites.
