What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete low to moderately complex programming, configuration, and troubleshooting assignments related to assigned systems
- Provide support to the existing user community regarding all aspects of assigned systems
- Develop technical, training, testing, functional, and design documentation
- Create, modify, implement, and execute unit and integration test plans for software functions
- Document and modify software specifications throughout the production software lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or engineering
- At least 2+ years of total information technology experience
- Experience in software design, development, configuration, and programming, including basic experience with SAP ABAP, MS SQL, Java, and other programming languages
- Must possess excellent critical thinking skills and be capable of identifying creative solutions to process/system issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience with developing SAP modifications and integration to SAP ECC
- 1-3 years of IT experience in a manufacturing organization for a $1+ billion organization
- Experience in the consumer products industry
- Ability to move up within the organization
