      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage nationwide account launches for all segments of the employer
      - Champion multiple complex projects focused on KPI metric attainment and cost reduction
      - Develop and execute detailed project plans with time-bound commitments and milestones
      - Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements
      - Collaborate with various teams to provide updates and ensure project objectives are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in creating project plans and executing them on time and on budget
      - Experience in successfully building and launching company-wide programs/projects
      - Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
      - Proven ability to document processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project management experience is a plus
      - Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros
      - Familiarity with Visio and workflow documentation
      - Experience in collaborating with finance and operations teams for new account setups
