      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish project requirements and analyze projects for gaps or inefficiencies
      - Facilitate discussions with business partners to determine project scope and deliverables
      - Document current and proposed process models to inform policy changes and business processes
      - Serve as the liaison between business area leadership and technology/operations teams
      - Build and maintain relationships with partners across state government

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A combination of three (3) years of training and/or professional experience in project management, systems analysis, business analysis, or a related field
      - Strong understanding of project management principles and program operational needs
      - Specific knowledge and experience in OIT systems, protocols, and procedures
      - Ability to analyze and develop functional and organizational business requirements
      - Experience in developing and delivering training programs for various audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with formal requirements gathering methodologies and business process mapping
      - Knowledge of State of Maine government statutes, rules, and policies
      - Proven ability to synthesize and present data for analytic reporting and policy development
      - Experience in managing complex research and data analytics projects
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
