      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Office of Community Health (OCH) team to conduct a scoping review for community-engaged initiatives
      - Conduct interviews and analyze qualitative data using various methodologies
      - Implement qualitative data organization and analysis plans with guidance from the Research Scientist
      - Support the dissemination of findings through presentations and publications
      - Maintain positive relationships with clinical, university, and community partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current student in a graduate-level program in Public Health, Social Work, Anthropology, Health Services, or a related field
      - Formal training and/or experience with qualitative methods, including data collection and analysis
      - Strong interest in assessing community needs with a health equity lens
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working collaboratively with academic investigators, researchers, and community organizations
      - Familiarity with qualitative analysis software (e.g., NVivo, Atlas.ti, Dedoose, MAXQDA)
      - Experience in developing logic models and conducting program evaluations
      - Lived experience in or with underserved communities
      - Interest or experience in manuscript writing
