      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with staff on survey administration and analysis projects
      - Manage all phases of the survey administration process, including report preparation
      - Provide analysis and consultation on various administrative matters
      - Design, collect, analyze, and research institutional data according to established procedures
      - Prepare and disseminate institutional statistical reports to programs and leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a full-time graduate student enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison
      - Experience and/or education in survey design and best practices
      - Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data analysis
      - Ability to create clear, informative reports with effective narratives and visual displays
      - Ability to work in a highly collaborative and dynamic work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with institutional data management and reporting processes
      - Previous experience in a similar project assistant or research role
