What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Project Managers with financial planning, tracking, and reporting
- Develop project cost/schedule baselines and budgets, monitoring project reports and actuals
- Ensure timely processing of project-related expense reports and subcontract/vendor payments
- Review and analyze contracts and agreements to meet financial and reporting requirements
- Maintain project files on SharePoint, including contracts, budgets, and deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a business-related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience providing project accounting support for government contracts
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with accounting, contracts, and project personnel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in CostPoint Project Module
- Familiarity with Cognos and Deltek Time and Expense
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
- Experience using MS SharePoint
