      Meaningful work you’ll be a part of

      As a Project Control Officer you'll be part of a team that helps deliver high quality, client service excellence and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Project tracking by maintaining/updating daily, weekly and monthly trackers

      • Conduct daily huddles/stand up meetings

      • Responsible for executive reporting including taking minutes of meetings and milestone tracking

      • Liaise with client to organize workshops, meetings and focus groups and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders on key findings

      • Coordinate deliverable reviews, compliance reviews and sign offs

      • Coordinating and supporting onboarding Team members’ activities

      • Establish/maintain collaboration Tools (Google, SharePoint, Teams etc)

      • Support in budget management, financial reporting and invoicing

      • Support in executing the project plans and delivery excellence

      • Gather market intelligence/data on clients, vendors and/or solutions

      • Conduct business analysis and prepare business cases for client review including proposal support

      • Business process design and mapping

      • Summarize findings in Microsoft Office and/or Google applications

      • Understand the process workflow related to work requests from initiation through completion, and how workflow is managed within the firm's workflow management tool.

      Experience and skills you’ll use to solve

      • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

      • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

      • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.) and Google products (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)

      • Aptitude for learning new skills and about new industries, businesses, and markets

      • Demonstrated self-motivation and attention to detail, with a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development

      • Experience supporting Project Management efforts from an organizational standpoint as a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator.

      • Working towards a CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification would be an asset

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      • When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset

      • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives.
