What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and manage project schedules in collaboration with Project Managers
- Ensure alignment of planning, cost estimating, and cost control with Planning & Project Managers
- Develop detailed project cost forecasts and incorporate actual project costs
- Review scope change requests and assess their impact on total installed costs
- Perform scenario comparisons, uncertainty analysis, and sensitivity assessments on cost estimates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of project control experience
- Good working knowledge of Project Management Guidelines (PMG) principles, techniques, and industry-standard tools
- General understanding of scheduling concepts
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, SAP, and MS Projects preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cost methodologies and tools for project estimation
- Familiarity with benchmarking against historical performance and industry norms
- Ability to manage estimating data and develop metrics for future use
