- Scheduling key events (e.g., kick-off meetings, weekly updates) with community staff and implementation team
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.
- Prepare and distribute project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Sourcing and documenting all required information related to a new senior living community (e.g., census, clinic specs, demographics)
- Updating project management tracker for assigned projects and ensuring workstreams are on track and activities are completed on time
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to execute key activities.
- Answering community partner questions regarding the implementation process either directly or sourcing answer from internal resource
- Ordering necessary materials for clinic set up (e.g., supplies, furniture, marketing materials)
- Escalating issues to Senior Director as appropriate
- Supporting a team of directors in management of large-scale projects requiring additional support
- Measure the project success and track issues as they arise to continuously improve the implementation process.
- On occasion, act as support to onsite staff which can require travel to new community sites to assist in onsite set up and implementation of a new clinic.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams.
- Comfort speaking with internal and external stakeholders in leadership positions.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Proficient in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Experience in healthcare highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Description
The Project Coordinator role provides direct support to the Transformation team. This position requires both individual oversight on smaller scale community market launches and will work within a dedicated project team on other large-scale, high priority initiatives. This role will be pivotal in keeping our projects on task and ensuring key objectives are being met in a timely fashion. The Project Coordinator will coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to determine key goals, next steps, and barriers to completion. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project timelines, and providing administrative support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
