What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage software acquisition, including negotiation, budgeting, and administration of software purchases
- Monitor software licenses and usage for compliance with organizational needs
- Administer software change management, collaborating with vendors and service providers
- Maintain accurate entitlement records and license inventories
- Perform other duties as assigned related to the position

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or equivalent experience
- Strong negotiation skills for software acquisitions and licensing agreements
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide meaningful insights
- Must possess a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license and meet all driving requirements
