What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer in negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors
- Support the customer implementation process from post-sale to go-live
- Act as the primary contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities
- Create and maintain project notes within the project tracking system, keeping team members updated
- Conduct kickoff calls, client calls, and other customer-facing activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of prior work experience on a project management team delivering projects via a service organization
- Proven customer-first approach with experience managing external customers
- Previous experience leading SaaS product implementations
- Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers at all levels
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a time-sensitive environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in software development and Software-as-a-Service systems (SaaS)
- Experience with enterprise software integrations and software development within a professional services organization
- Knowledge and experience with web-based video delivery, infrastructure, streaming, encoding, and optimization
- Experience using Salesforce, AirTable, and Jira
- Familiarity with video streaming technologies
