Job Description

The Foundation Project Coordinator will work directly with team member services to coordinate our back-to-school event, and our holiday toy distribution and launch a new CareForce volunteer program utilizing the Cybergrants software system. The Foundation Project Coordinator will work directly with team member services to coordinate our back-to-school event, our holiday toy distribution and coordinate CareForce volunteer initiatives utilizing Cybergrants software system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating our annual school supply distribution for all properties. Includes budgeting, research, and costing of school supplies, purchasing all supplies, and coordinating with all properties delivering supplies and distribution to Team Members.
• Coordinating our annual toy distribution (Holiday Merry Mart) for all properties. Includes budgeting, research, and costing of a variety of toys per age group, purchasing all toys, and coordinating with all properties delivering of toys and distribution to Team Members.
• Work with the Foundation team and Foundation Ambassadors to coordinate year-long CareForce activities.
• Utilizes our Cybergrants software program to track all volunteer activities.
• Coordinates the Westgate Acts of Kindness initiative.
• Assists with our annual Military Weekend event.
• Assists with our annual Giving Campaign.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

• College Degree
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong, problem-solving, organization, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional listening skills
• Very organized with an ability to work in a high stress, fast-paced environment to help maintain all project information and documentation
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong customer service skills
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
