What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the day-to-day workflow and organization of projects, performing administrative duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with management regarding project statuses and ensure deadlines are met
- Analyze process needs and manage the timely completion of projects with the HR Technical Team
- Perform quality checks on electronic processes to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Provide training to new team members when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience managing projects and making informed recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or as part of a team
